An Evening of Elegance, Innovation, and Art under the Stars of the French Riviera
CANNES, France – May 22, 2025 — As global cinema’s finest gather on the sun-drenched shores of the Côte d’Azur for the Cannes Film Festival, one event will shine as a beacon of artistic brilliance and humanitarian purpose. On Thursday, May 22, the prestigious AI Film & Congress Awards Charity Dinner will take place at the stunning Majestic Barrière Beach in Cannes, hosted by Royal Gentlemen. The night will be led by internationally acclaimed opera soprano Olga Filippova and Swiss-American multi-disciplinary artist Soren Sorensen, known on stage as Dorian Gray.
A Night of Impact and Celebration This distinguished charity event is a collaboration between Royal Gentlemen, the Congress Awards, and the AI Film Awards. All proceeds will support two philanthropic causes: IRA France Africa Solidarity Renal Association – offering aid to kidney failure patients across continents Artemyst Association – providing access to arts education for underserved children around the world
Olga Filippova: A Voice of Global Grace and Purpose Recognized for her powerful performances at iconic venues such as Palais Garnier in Paris and AsiaWorld Expo in Hong Kong, Olga Filippova has become synonymous with vocal excellence and artistic elegance. She has performed for elite names including Cartier Morocco, Berluti, and Rolls Royce UAE, and has reached audiences of millions via CCTV1 and CCTV3. “Charity has always been deeply personal to me,” says Filippova. “This event, combining art, AI, and compassion, is a meaningful reminder of how creativity can uplift and transform lives.” 
Dorian Gray (Soren Sorensen): Breaking Boundaries Through Music and Innovation Also taking the stage is Soren Sorensen, performing under his long-standing artistic name Dorian Gray. A Swiss-American composer, vocalist, pianist, drummer, and music scout — notably recognized for discovering UK artist Duffy — Soren is celebrated for his emotive four-octave voice and boundary-pushing performances. His body of work includes composing for Eurovision on behalf of Switzerland, scoring an ICRC anti-war film, and winning the 2025 Wise.art Excellence Award, which earned him a prominent feature on the Nasdaq Tower in New York. In April 2025, he made history as the first independent pop artist to perform live inside the Human Rights Hall at the United Nations in Geneva, debuting a project fusing human expression and artificial intelligence. Once discovered by the producer of Queen and having performed alongside David Hallyday on drums, Dorian Gray has graced major stages like the Montreux Jazz Festival and received on-air praise from MTV Europe host Ray Cokes.
