Fineqia International has named Warren Sergeant as its chief financial officer

Fineqia International Inc (CSE:FNQ, OTC:FNQQF) has named Warren Sergeant as its chief financial officer (CFO) designate, signaling a strategic move to bolster its finance department and advance its business strategy in the digital asset and fintech investment sector.

Sergeant, a seasoned chartered accountant based in London, brings a wealth of experience in finance and technology to his new role. With a background advising global hedge funds like Arrowgrass Capital Partners and Fundsmith, as well as launching successful consulting companies in South Africa, Sergeant is well-equipped to drive Fineqia’s financial operations forward.

Previously associated with PremFina, a company founded by Fineqia CEO Bundeep Singh Rangar, Sergeant served as the director of international finance, further underscoring his familiarity with the organization’s goals and operations.

Rangar expressed confidence in Sergeant’s capabilities, highlighting his proven track record and expertise. “Warren’s appointment comes at a crucial juncture for Fineqia, and his skills will undoubtedly contribute to our digital asset initiatives and overall growth strategy,” Rangar stated.
