In the letter, Swann seeks the removal of current directors Antonio Russo and Trevor Taylor, while advocating for the appointment of alternative directors Graham Duncan and Aditya Chathli.
In a statement to the stock market, Chill Brands expressed deep concern over the situation and affirmed its support for the current directors. The company disclosed that it is currently seeking legal counsel to ascertain the validity of the requisition and has advised shareholders to refrain from taking any action at this juncture.
