Her Serene Majesty Queen Mataram Salakanagara Ayla Aldjufrie has expressed deep compassion and solidarity with the victims and participants of the recent demonstrations in Indonesia. She highlighted the importance of safeguarding peace, upholding the 1945 Constitution, and encouraging open dialogue as the foundation for the nation’s future.

Queen Ayla emphasized that the timeless values of Love, Compassion, and Paku Jajar (Equality) — integral to Indonesia’s cultural heritage — should serve as guiding principles during these challenging times.
Recognizing the role of youth, she affirmed the right of students and young people to express their views, while urging them to do so peacefully and respectfully, avoiding violence or destruction, and honoring the community and the state.
In partnership with the international initiative World Women Leading Change (WWLC), Queen Ayla called for unity and constructive solutions to address the country’s current challenges.
